What you find here reflects peerless clinical specialization, a deliberately curated and intimate caseload, and a level of bespoke preparation that extends well beyond the hour we share together. Individual sessions
Individual Rates
All individual sessions are available via secure telehealth or in-office. The $300 rate applies to the standard individual session. All other session types are thoughtfully priced based on their distinct clinical purpose and duration.
What you are investing in extends beyond the session itself. Before we meet, I review your chart, hold your clinical history, and prepare with intention. After we meet, I document with precision: clinical movement, risk indicators, pattern shifts, and what I want to carry into the next time we are together. The work is continuous, even between sessions. That continuity is part of what you are paying for.

A mutual evaluation of fit, pacing, and readiness. If we are not a great fit, I will find you a provider that may better align with you and discuss potential treatment options.

A ceremonial and thorough gathering of your full history: attachment, identity, patterns, and purpose. The foundation upon which all subsequent care is built.

Refined, depth-oriented clinical care. Telehealth or in-office. Bespoke to your presentation and adjusted as you evolve.

A focused, purposeful clinical check-in for regulation and direction when the space between sessions matters most.

High-access, high-touch care
Executive Concierge Retainer
The Executive Concierge Psychology Retainer is designed for clients whose lives carry a particular weight and complexity that a single weekly session was never built to hold. Senior leaders, high-visibility individuals, private-legacy families, and those navigating layered responsibilities across multiple domains know this intuitively: care that cannot move with you, anticipate you, and remain discreetly available is care that will eventually fall short. This retainer was designed so that it never does.
Enrollment is entirely voluntary with recognition that this is entirely private pay and not eligible for out-of-network reimbursement. Standard fee-for-service care remains available, and its clinical quality is unchanged for every client who does not need this structure. I will tell you honestly if I believe the retainer is warranted for your situation. I will also tell you clearly when it is not.

Many clients who work with me at this level find that a single adverse event, a reputational rupture, a behavioral escalation, a family system fracture, carries a cost that far exceeds a year of this investment. For the discerning client, this is not indulgence. It is risk management in its most meaningful form.
What is included each month
Up to 12 individual therapy sessions of 50 minutes each, scheduled once, twice, or three times per week based on clinical need and mutual availability
Up to 2 extended or intensive sessions of 80 to 110 minutes per month, substitutable for standard sessions when clinically indicated
Priority scheduling with flexible rescheduling and no late-cancel penalties when changes fall within the same calendar month and within mutually available hours
Up to 4 hours per month of structured care coordination, including communication with psychiatrists, attorneys, fiduciaries, family-office professionals, and trusted advisors, where clinically indicated and with your expressed consent
Curated between-session clinical homework, layered practice assignments, and targeted written feedback, personalized to your specific goals and pace
Secure messaging access during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm, reserved for scheduling, brief clinical check-ins, and treatment-adjacent logistics
Digital therapeutics evaluation and thoughtful integration where clinically appropriate and indicated
Up to 2 collateral or family system consultations per quarter, where clinically indicated and with clearly defined role boundaries established in advance
“Secure messaging is not monitored continuously and is not designed for emergencies or imminent risk situations. This practice does not provide crisis or emergency services. If you are in crisis, please call 911, proceed to your nearest emergency room, or contact your local crisis line. Emergency care is not included in the retainer and cannot be delivered through it.”
On-location services
Travel & Home-Based Sessions
For clients whose most clinically purposeful setting is not an office, whether because of privacy considerations, the nature of our work together, or a clinical picture that makes a familiar environment genuinely therapeutic rather than merely convenient, I provide home-based and on-location sessions across New Mexico and Indiana. All travel costs are documented in writing and agreed upon before any arrangement is confirmed. Nothing is booked without your explicit approval of the cost structure.

For clients at significant distance, I offer three pricing models
Mileage-based: your session rate plus $3 per mile from my office to your location, calculated in advance
All-day rate plus documented operating costs: airfare, ground transport, hotel, and return travel invoiced separately at verified cost
Fixed travel package: a single pre-agreed investment covering all anticipated expenses, confirmed in writing before any travel is arranged

I also offer professional training, invited lectures, and editorial speaking engagements for clinical audiences, academic institutions, forensic and legal settings, and organizations whose work brings them into regular and meaningful contact with survivors or with the populations I specialize in. Every engagement is purposeful, evidence-based, and crafted around the specific needs of your audience. I do not deliver generic content. If you bring me in, your team will leave with something enduring and usable.
